Cancellations

I respectfully ask that you give me at-least a 24 hour notice. Notice within 24 hours can be up to 50% of the service amount charged to the card on file.

No Shows

No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount that will be charged to the card on file. After a second no show you will be required to prepay for services.

Late policy

I have a 15 min grace period, after that you can be considered a no show. Please contact me or the front desk if you are running behind. I will try my best to make accommodations.

Please no children at color appointments if they do not have a service themselves. I am an independent stylist and my room is not large enough to accommodate extra people, also Novak asks that we enforce this. If you need accommodations please contact me.
